Absolutely awesome service! I was in need of a beautiful and special gift. Not noticing the time, I only realized at 16:50 that I have not had the time to pop out to get my soon to be 12year old a birthday present for her birthday tomorrow. Well I called the Silver Keeper and they said sorry but they closed at 16:30. Well as I excepted the reality that I would not get her a gift today, the gent asked me what I needed. I listed the 2 items I wanted and to my surprise he said “we will meet u there in 5min” I managed to get both gifts I wanted and with friendly service. Thank you for re-opening your shop for me. This is truly the best service ever.
